Penguin Class hope to use this Blog Page to keep you updated on our weekly activities.

Penguin Class has had a super week celebrating Science! We met Miss Kelly’s cat Harry and we were all very brave stroking, brushing and holding him. We also met the newly hatched chicks in Mr Frain’s Classroom and we are looking forward to spending some more time with them in the coming week. Our Flower and Vegetable gardens have been planted and we are excited to monitor them throughout the summer term to whilst we learn what they need to grow big and strong. This supports our work on Life Cycles of plants and animals linking to our ‘Spring has Sprung’ Science topic work.

This week we look forward to supporting Down Syndrome Awareness Day by wearing some crazy socks and also supporting Red Nose Day on Friday when we have our day trip to Moorland Home.
